Gardening & Sustainability Assistant - Holy Family & Mansel Park Primary Schools, Southampton
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sustainability and Gardening Assistant to join our school community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing our outdoor learning environment and promoting sustainable practices across two of our schools, located very close to each other.
You will support the maintenance and development of our school garden while working alongside staff and pupils to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is enthusiastic about environmental education and is committed to inspiring young people to care for the world around them.
About Our Partnership
We are a 6-school partnership including 3 community schools, 2 faith schools and a maintained Nursery located across Southampton and the New Forest. One of our schools is a National Support School. Our Executive Headteacher and Executive Board support other schools to excel. We centre on the child in every sense of the word. Our diversity and richness enhance the provision that we offer.
