Our Executive Board

Under the leadership of a highly experienced and nationally recognised team, our schools work in partnership to offer an enriching, diverse and wellbeing-centred educational journey for every child.

Our Executive Headteacher, Gerida Montague MBE — ex National Leader in Education and an Associate HMI for Ofsted - jointly leads with Ian Prince, Co-Executive Headteacher and Quality of Education specialist. Together, they bring vision, unity and deep expertise to our Executive Board and school leadership teams, ensuring a nurturing, ambitious and outstanding provision across all our settings.

Our family of expert practitioners is widely respected beyond our own community. They regularly coach, mentor and support schools across the UK and internationally, sharing best practice and strengthening education for all.
